Whatever service or product you provide, your business is dead without customers. Therefore improving your customer service skills should be one of the most important aspects of your  focus.

Once you have gone through this try to think outside the box and see if you can come up with some more that will be unique to you and your business.The best way to do this is to use #12 “What if you were with this problem?” – become your ideal customer.

How would you like to be treated so that you had the best ever service ever? The type of service that you would talk to your friends about?

My Big Tip….

If possible see if you can implement this type of customer service so that it happens on autopilot! Providing customer service can be time consuming especially if your business is just you!

So if at all possible see if you can automate as much of it as possible so that you are available for the service that needs a ‘real human’ personal touch.
